Fit Kids ---- for youth ages 11-15

who have completed the Youth Certification Class.  A member of our fitness staff will meet twice a week for one month. for 45 min. to 1 hr. session.  A workout plan will include both strength and cardiovascular training. This program is a great way to establish healthy habits in your child's life.

Enjoy the YMCA with the family!

Bring family and friends to "Dollar Sunday", at the YMCA of Steuben County. We are open from 1-3 pm on Sundays for members only and 3-7 pm for community friends. The new fees for the 2009/2010 season are adults $3.00 each and children 18 and under $2.00 each. There is no Child Watch available on Sundays, children must be 8 years old to be left at the YMCA unattended, and youth must be 16 to use the Fitness Center unless Teen Strength Certified.
