Do you prarticipate in the A.W.A.Y Program?

A.W.A.Y means "Always Welcome at YMCAs."  The A.W.A.Y. program is based on the philosophy that when a person enrolls in a YMCA, he or she becomes a member of a nationwide association of people that helps build strong kids, strong families and strong communities, and, therefore, when away from home, on business or vacation, will be warmly welcomed by all other participating YMCAs in the United Stated.

Because each local YMCA sets its own policies, each participating YMCA in the A.W.A..Y. program develops its own local restrictions.  You you are planning to visit another YMCA, please call that YMCA for its visitor policies before you go.  To find information on any YMCA in the United States, go to www.ymca.net, and conduct a"Find Your YMCA" search.

Our A.W.A.Y. policy is;  We accept all YMCA members FREE whose YMCA is located over 55 miles away.  They must show their membership card, and sign in at the front desk.  Local (within the 55 mile range) pay 1/2 the guest pass fee per visit.  Youth  $2.50;  Adult   $5.00;  Family  $7.50.

Does the Breeden YMCA offer Financial Assistance?

Our scholarship fund is available due to the contributions from generous businesses, foundations, and individuals in our community.  With our scholarship program we will do our best to turn no one away due to the inability to pay.  Scholarship applications are available at the Breeden YMCA front desk.

Can I transfer or cancel my membership?

Your Breeden YMCA membership may be transferable to another YMCA.  Stop by the front desk for assistance before you join another YMCA. Membership at your Breeden YMCA is a one year commitment.  Should you decide to end your membership after that first year, we need a 30 day notice to stop your automatic bank or credit card withdrawal.  The YMCA also reserves the right to cancel any program if enrollment is insufficient.  A full refund or class credit will be given in this event.

Are Corporate Membership Available?

Ask at the front desk how your company and you can benefit from our Corporate Program.
